Eligibility Criteria;
- Recipients must be occupant of the Niger Delta States (Abia, Akwa-Ibom, Bayelsa, Cross-river, Delta, Edo, Ondo, Imo, Rivers)
- Only 2024 JAMB result will be accepted
- Applicants can register and save their applications pending until release of their results.
- Only new entries applicant into 100 level are eligible for Undergraduate and Master's Degree Programs.
- Undergraduate applicants will only be allowed to use JAMB (2024/2025) and O'Level results for the above-referenced scholarships. The O'Level results shall be either WAEC, NECO, or BOTH.
- For every academic session, recipients of the undergraduate scholarship must maintain a minimum average CGPA of 2.5 over 5.0 or 2.0 over 4.0 to remain under the PAP scholarship.
- Recipients of scholarships must not be involved in any act of misconduct or contravene PAP's regulations.
- PAP has the right to withdraw the scholarship offered in cases of any misconduct or if the information submitted is found to be false or misleading.
